EventGuard’s key holding and alarm response service offers peace of mind and potential insurance premium reductions at a uniquely competitive rate.

For key holding EventGuard charges on a unique, fixed fee basis of just £1 per key per week, a rate that is lower than all other competitive service providers in the area.  The rate is guaranteed to remain the same regardless of the length of the contract, with no additional charges other than call-out and related third party contractor costs. In the case of an alarm response being actioned, EventGuard guarantees a 20-minute response and, should repairs be required, will remain on site until it is made secure.

Incident reports are submitted to the client by 10am the following morning to ensure speedy submission of insurance claims.
